The Selected Content Protection System in this Agreement is AACS for BDMV.

Licensee shall implement and cause its Licensed Affiliate(s) and any applicable subcontracting third party(ies) to implement AACS for BDMV in its BD-R Products in accordance with the CPO Table and AACS license.
