Content Participant Agreement – Light Version

CPA-Light license is to use the Logos in connection with Content Participant’s and/or its Authorized Affiliates’ distribution and transmission of BD-ROM CAV Content on BD-ROM Media, related packaging materials, and in related advertising and other sales and marketing literature, including catalogues and brochures in compliance with the Logo Guides.

Application for 2D CPA-Light

CPA-Light for ROM 2.0 is newly started on March 9th, 2007.

Term : To expire December 31, 2025
Fee : US$ 625.00. Fees will be prorated from Effective Date to Expiration Date of December 31, 2025
Rights:
- Usage of Blu-ray Disc Logo
- Usage of Region Playback Control (RPC) Logo
Obligations: Region coded media shall not be further replicated for such countries after the expiration of such period (12 months from the applicable “street date”.)
