- Term: To expire December 31, 2025
- Fee: The 5 year fee for RE2, RE3, RE4, RE5, R1, R2, R3, R4 and AVCREC FLLA is $3,750 for one business category and $7,500 for multiple business categories per Format License. The fee for ROM2.0, ROM3.0, and ROM4.0 FLLA is $7,500 for one business category and $7,500 for multiple business categories. The fee for ROM2.0, ROM3.0 and ROM4.0 FLLA Commercial Audiovisual Content is $1,000.00. Fees will be prorated from Effective Date to Expiration Date of December 31, 2025. There is also a Format Maintenance & Development Fee of $50,000 for BD-ROM3. This is a one-time fee that is due when the very first 3D BD product Test Verification is completed at the BD Testing Center.
