- Term: Indefinite until terminated by either party.
- Fee: Free of Charge
- Rights: Usage of Ultra HD Logo limited to promotion and advertisement of Ultra HD Blu-ray compliant products.
Ultra HD Logo also can be used for packages, cases, boxes for BD products and free give-away promotion materials. - Obligations: To comply with the Ultra HD Logo usage as described in Ultra HD Logo Guideline to be supplied. In any case of forwarding the Ultra HD Logo and/or the Ultra HD Logo Guide to other companies, it is infringement.
