Non-Licensees with Non-Licensed and/or Non-Compliant Products
The BDA regularly reviews available Blu-ray Disc products both to confirm 1) proper licensing and 2) the compliance with the Blu-ray Disc Specifications and the BDA’s trademark and logo usage rules. Efforts are made to work with product manufacturers to correct any licensing or compliance deficiencies.
The manufacturers listed below have been determined to be out of compliance with the BDA’s licensing and compliance requirements. The manufacturers may be subject to legal action and their products may lead to play-back problems.
